Key Responsibilities

? Store Leadership: Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring everything runs

smoothly--from opening to closing.

? Team Development: Hire, train, and lead a passionate team; set clear goals and foster a

culture of performance and positivity.

? Multi-Brand Management: Coordinate and maintain individual brand standards, ensuring

consistency in VM, display, and customer experience across all product categories.

? Sales & KPIs: Drive store sales, optimize product assortment, and monitor daily, weekly, and

monthly performance metrics.

? Customer Experience: Champion exceptional service; handle high-profile customers, build

long-term relationships, and resolve escalations professionally.

? Visual Merchandising & Inventory: Work closely with the VM and buying teams to maintain

a visually compelling store while managing stock levels and minimizing shrinkage.

? Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on store performance, staff productivity, and

customer insights for senior management.

What You'll Bring

? 4+ years of experience in fashion/lifestyle retail, preferably in a leadership or multi-brand

environment

? Strong knowledge of the fashion industry--understanding of trends, customer behavior, and

premium brand positioning

? Proven leadership and team management skills with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

? Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office tools

? A flair for style and strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

? Degree in Fashion Management, Retail, Business Administration, or a related field

? Experience managing concept stores, flagship outlets, or large format multi-brand stores

? Exposure to omni-channel or digital retail operations is a plus
