Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee site-level inventory management for civil and MEP materials, tools, and consumables. Maintain accurate stock records, receipts, and issue logs using manual and digital systems. Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely availability of materials. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical vs. recorded inventory. Implement FIFO/LIFO systems and ensure proper storage conditions for all materials. Monitor material usage and flag discrepancies or wastage to the project manager. Ensure compliance with safety and handling protocols for hazardous or sensitive items. Support site logistics including unloading, tagging, and secure storage of incoming materials.
Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong working knowledge of

Civil and MEP materials

and their site applications. Proficiency in

inventory control

, stock tracking, and documentation. Familiarity with

storekeeping software/tools

and basic Excel reporting. Ability to manage high-volume stock flow in fast-paced construction environments. Attention to detail, integrity, and proactive communication with site teams.
Qualifications:

Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
Minimum 7 years of experience in site storekeeping, preferably in civil or MEP projects

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
