Store Manager - Kapra Daily Supermarket

Locations:

Kanichukulangara - Cherthala

Chalakkudy

Shifts: Rotational

Morning: 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Evening: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

We are looking for a Strong, Energetic, and Responsible Store Manager to lead operations at our newly opening supermarkets under the Kapra Daily brand.

Responsibilities:

End-to-end store operations management

Lead and guide store staff

Stock and inventory control

Customer service supervision

Billing & daily sales monitoring

Visual merchandising and cleanliness

Coordinate with warehouse & head office

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in supermarket/store management

Strong leadership and decision-making skills

Good communication and system handling ability

Energetic, responsible, and team-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Rotational shift
Supplemental Pay:

Overtime pay
