We are looking for a responsible, customer-friendly, and efficient
Store Manager
to lead our Thrissur Chela Clothing store. You will handle daily operations, staff coordination, customer support, and key business activities like sales reporting and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations, including opening, closing, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Provide friendly customer service and quickly resolve any issues or complaints.
Lead the sales team by assigning tasks, guiding performance, and ensuring teamwork.
Track daily sales numbers and submit accurate reports to management on time.
Oversee billing accuracy, cash handling, and proper closing of the cash counter.
Monitor stock levels daily and coordinate with HO for timely replenishments.
Ensure products are properly tagged, barcoded, steamed, and displayed neatly.
Conduct weekly stock audits to identify mismatches and report discrepancies immediately.
Manage stock transfers between branches with proper packing and documentation.
Maintain store cleanliness, organized shelves, and an attractive Chela brand presentation.
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of experience
as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or in a similar retail leadership role.
Degree qualification or above
from a recognized institution.
Strong
computer skills
, with the ability to use online applications and digital tools confidently.
Proficiency in
MS Office tools
such as Excel, Word, and basic reporting formats.
Proven ability to
lead, guide, and manage a team
effectively.
Excellent
customer handling skills
, with a positive and solution-focused approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
