The Store Manager is responsible for managing overall store operations, driving perfume sales, leading the sales team, and ensuring an excellent customer experience while maintaining brand standards and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the perfume retail store.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and improve store performance.
Train sales staff on perfume knowledge, fragrance notes, upselling, and customer engagement.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
Manage stock levels, coordinate with warehouse, and prevent pilferage and damages.
Ensure proper visual merchandising of perfumes, testers, and gift sets.
Monitor POS billing, cash handling, and daily sales reconciliation.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Implement promotions, offers, and brand campaigns effectively.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and attractive store presentation.
Coordinate with Head Office, marketing, HR, and inventory teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies and mall regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in perfume, cosmetics, or luxury retail
Strong leadership, sales, and customer-handling skills
Good knowledge of perfume types, fragrance families, and customer preferences
Experience with POS systems and inventory management
Excellent communication and team motivation skills
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
