The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a team of store associates. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Development:
Formulate and implement store strategies to attract and retain customers, increase store traffic, and maximize profitability.
Sales Achievement:
Lead the store team to meet and exceed sales goals through effective training, motivation, and feedback.
Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer needs and concerns.
Store Administration:
Oversee store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Visual Merchandising:
Maintain an outstanding store appearance by upholding visual merchandising standards.
Market Analysis:
Monitor buying trends, customer needs, and profitability to provide insights and propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
Performance Management:
Conduct performance appraisals, identify training needs, and develop career paths for store staff.
Issue Resolution:
Address and resolve issues that arise from staff or customers, including complaints and grievances.
Role Model:
Demonstrate exemplary behaviour and performance, setting a positive example for the entire team.
Additional Duties:
Perform any additional store management duties as required.

Experience:
Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager.
