Job description:

We are looking for a motivated Store Manager to run our store smoothly, increase sales, and manage the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, increasing sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high store standards. The Store Manager should be a team player with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

? Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily store operations Lead and supervise staff Monitor stock and order merchandise Set and achieve sales targets Handle customer complaints professionally Conduct regular team meetings Manage budgets and control expenses Keep the store clean, organized, and well-presented

?Requirements:

Experience as Store Manager or similar role in Retail Strong leadership & decision-making skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Flexible to work weekends & holidays Knowledge of MS Office & POS systems Handling Customer and billing details. Experience in Apparels and Billing Handling.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
