Role Summary

The Store Manager is responsible for the overall management of the Decorio showroom, ensuring smooth daily operations, strong sales performance, effective staff management, and an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning Handle walk-in customers, understand requirements, and close sales Lead, train, and manage showroom staff and coordinators Coordinate with fitters, vendors, and delivery teams for timely execution Manage stock levels, inward/outward movement, and inventory accuracy Ensure correct billing, order documentation, and follow-ups Maintain showroom visual standards, displays, and cleanliness Track sales performance and work towards monthly targets Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolution professionally Prepare basic sales and operational reports for management

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
