Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and general store upkeep.
Manage and optimize inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records.
Lead the recruitment, training, and development of retail team members, fostering a motivated and customer-focused team.
Drive store sales and profitability through effective sales strategies.
Maintain and safeguard store assets and equipment.
Ensure high-quality in-store visual merchandising aligned with brand standards.
Resolve customer issues with professionalism and tact, ensuring an excellent shopping experience.
Plan and execute stock replenishments and manage stock movement efficiently.
Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
5-8 years of experience
with an international retail brand, including
at least 2 years in a managerial role
.
Exceptional customer service skills with strong communication abilities.
Highly organized with a meticulous approach to store management and operations.
Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and store KPIs.
A
bachelor's degree
is required; an
MBA or Diploma in Retail Management
is a plus but not mandatory.
