Job Description

- Is responsible for maintaining the store in order to ensure residents and visitors have access to necessary supplies and accommodations.
- Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Maintain customer service standards and facilities.
- Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing reports with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
- Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.
- Coordinate with the team to close the sale.
- Maintain stock, supplies, and inventories, Take inventory Order groceries and supplies
- Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and maintaining accounts Record prices in the logbook Receive cash and provide correct change
- Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.
