Job Summary:
The Store Manager will be responsible for managing daily store operations, leading the team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance with company and airport standards.
Key Responsibilities:
? Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
? Supervise and guide store staff on performance, attendance, and discipline.
? Maintain high standards of customer service and store cleanliness.
? Manage staff rosters, shift planning, and proper handovers.
? Monitor sales, billing accuracy, and ensure safe cash handling.
? Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for timely stock replenishment.
? Ensure compliance with company policies, airport norms, and safety standards.
? Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
? Submit daily sales, attendance, and performance reports to management.
? Perform other duties assigned by the management team.
Requirements:
? Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Retail, Hospitality, or Business).
? 5+ years of experience in retail or F&B operations, preferably in an airport environment.
? Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
? Good understanding of store operations and customer service.
? Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
