Oversee day-to-day operations of the Hidesign store at the airport. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales goals. Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards. Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure premium service experience. Manage stock levels, inventory control, and timely replenishment. Prepare daily sales reports and communicate with head office. Ensure compliance with airport and company operational policies. Train and develop new sales staff to maintain brand consistency.
