We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager with at least 5 years of proven expertise in the food and beverage industry. The ideal candidate will oversee daily store operations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and drive sales and profitability. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of food and beverage management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of staff members. Conduct training sessions, manage performance, and provide ongoing support to ensure high productivity and morale.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly. Implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive repeat business.
Sales and Profitability: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and increase store profitability. Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Merchandising and Marketing: Oversee product presentation and ensure the store is visually appealing and well-organised. Implement marketing campaigns and promotions to attract and retain customers.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the food and beverages industry, with a proven track record of driving sales and managing operations.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in financial management and budgeting. Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and regulations.
