Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven

Store Manager

to lead our

Mia by Tanishq franchise store

in Bokaro. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall store operations, sales performance, team leadership, customer experience, and brand compliance. Candidates with prior managerial experience in retail (ASM / FM / SM) are encouraged to apply.

Jewellery retail experience will be given strong preference.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Performance

Drive store sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Implement sales strategies, promotional activities, and brand campaigns to maximize revenue. Analyze sales reports, KPIs, conversion ratios, and average ticket size to improve store performance.

Store Operations

Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations as per Mia by Tanishq brand guidelines. Manage inventory including stock planning, replenishment, stock audits, shrinkage control, and reconciliation. Ensure compliance with SOPs, security norms, billing processes, and documentation standards.

Customer Experience

Deliver premium customer service aligned with Mia by Tanishq standards. Handle high-value customers, resolve customer complaints, and ensure repeat business & loyalty. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and CRM initiatives.

Team Management & Leadership

Lead, train, motivate, and monitor performance of store staff (sales executives, cashiers, support staff). Conduct regular training on product knowledge, selling skills, grooming, and customer handling. Prepare staff rosters, manage attendance, leave planning, and performance reviews.

Visual Merchandising & Brand Compliance

Ensure proper product display, VM execution, and store aesthetics as per brand guidelines. Coordinate with HO / franchise management for new launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

Reporting & Coordination

Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Coordinate with franchise owners, regional managers, and brand representatives. Ensure statutory, audit, and operational compliances are met.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in any discipline (MBA / Retail Management preferred).

Minimum 4-8 years of retail experience

, with at least

2-3 years in a managerial role

such as

ASM / FM / Store Manager

.

Jewellery retail experience is highly preferred

(Tanishq / Mia / other premium jewellery brands). Strong understanding of retail KPIs, customer handling, inventory control, and team management. Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Attributes

Experience in premium or lifestyle retail brands. High customer-centric mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and during peak business periods (festivals, weekends). Knowledge of local market dynamics in Bokaro / Jharkhand is an added advantage.
