The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, ensuring high customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory levels, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to create a positive and productive store environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Store Operations
Oversee day-to-day operations of the store.
Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and compliant with company standards.
Monitor cash handling, billing, and POS activities.
Implement operational processes to improve efficiency.
2. Inventory & Stock Management
Track stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Conduct regular stock audits to prevent shrinkage or discrepancies.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries.
Maintain proper storage and display of products.
3. Team Management
Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
Prepare staff duty rosters and manage shift scheduling.
Conduct performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
Ensure team discipline and adherence to company policies.
