Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise store staff to ensure a cohesive and motivated team.
Facilitate regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
Implement efficient storage and organization systems to streamline inventory processes. Customer Service Excellence: Foster a customer-centric environment, ensuring that customers receive prompt and courteous service.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to maintain high satisfaction levels. Operational Oversight: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all aspects of store operations.
Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring a secure and well-maintained store environment. Sales and Performance: Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to achieve and exceed them.
Analyze sales data and customer trends to make informed decisions for improving overall store performance. Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard store assets.
