The Store Manager is responsible for managing daily store operations, driving sales, supervising staff, and maintaining accurate records using
MS Excel
and other retail management tools. The role requires strong leadership, inventory control, and data reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations and staff activities
Manage sales targets and improve store performance
Maintain stock records, purchase entries, and sales data using
MS Excel
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports in Excel (sales, stock, expenses)
Monitor inventory levels and reduce wastage or shrinkage
Handle billing, cash management, and bank deposits
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints
Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies
Excel & Computer Skills Required
Proficient in
MS Excel
(VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUM, IF, Pivot Tables, Data Entry)
Create and maintain inventory sheets and sales reports
Analyze sales trends and stock movement using Excel
Basic knowledge of email and billing.

Education & Experience
Graduate preferred (12th pass may be considered with experience)
1-2 years of experience in retail/store management

Standing for long periods and handling store operations.

Pay: ₹12,498.74 - ₹25,000.00 per month
