Store Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Artefact and Wall Decor We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to head our new artefacts and wall d\xc3\xa9cor` store in Indiranagar, Bangalore. Key Responsibilities

• Understanding the design aesthetic and background of the brand and communicating
• the same to the customers across the platform
• Attending to customers/walk-ins and educating them about the product
• Building relations with customers
• Registering queries and attending to them on a timely basis.
• Maintaining customer database in the phone, visitors book, CRM
• Understanding the background of the customer for effective fulfilment of needs,
• resulting in conversions and relationship building.
• Effective upkeep of the store
• Stock responsibility and upkeep
• Maintaining Store hygiene
• Ethical and honest practices in terms of product education to customers, deliveries, order formalities, monetary formalities.
• Maintaining the display area and VM at all times
• Changing the display on the shelves to attract people that walk past the store.
• Ensuring that orders are made correctly and conveyed to the factory/vendor to ensure timely deliveries
• Keeping track of assets, materials and other stocks with the helper to ensure that they are available at all times.
• Ensure timely opening and closing of the store
• Conducting daily briefings to staff on sales targets, stock, customer service and other market activities.
• Follows all safety measures of the store, stock and employees.
• Maintaining the ambience of the stores as per the company\xe2\x80\x99s standards.
• Strictly abide by the company\'s policies and procedures from time to time.

Desired Profile

• Graduate from any stream
• More than 5 years of retail management experience in a similar high-end related field (luxury furniture/ Artefacts/Wall D\xc3\xa9cor/ Interior Designing)
• Knowledge of Modular furniture or interiors will be good.
• Exceptional customer focus and client relationship management abilities
• Very strong people management skills
• Knowledge of retail math and cash management techniques
• Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written in English (other relevant languages such as Kannada, Tamil, Telegu, and Hindi are highly beneficial )

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 960,000.00 - 990,000.00 per month Benefits:
