, or similar premium beauty brands will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage overall store operations to achieve sales and customer service targets.
Drive team performance through coaching, training, and motivation.
Ensure an exceptional customer experience aligned with NARS brand standards.
Manage stock, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
Implement and monitor SOPs for inventory, billing, and staff management.
Analyze sales data and suggest improvements to maximize profitability.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, and store ambience.
Coordinate with marketing and regional teams for campaigns and launches.

Experience:
3+ years of managerial experience in beauty or premium lifestyle retail.
Industry Exposure:
