Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring timely stock replenishment.
Handle the procurement of goods, raw materials, and supplies as per company requirements.
Source, negotiate, and finalize purchase agreements with vendors and suppliers.
Inspect incoming goods to ensure quality and compliance with purchase orders.
Maintain accurate records of stock, purchases, and deliveries.
Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and address them promptly.
Track and monitor purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams to understand material requirements and plan purchases accordingly.
Optimize inventory storage and implement efficient stock management practices.
Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and supplier performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Store Executive, Manufacturing Industry, or similar role.
Strong understanding of inventory management and procurement processes.
Proficiency in inventory and procurement software (e.g., ERP, SAP) and MS Office (Excel).
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Knowledge of industry-specific materials, vendors, and supply chains (preferred).
