Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee store operations to ensure smooth functioning and excellent customer service.
  • Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet and exceed store targets.

  • Develop and manage store budgets, expenses, and revenue goals.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager for at least 6-13 years.
  • Strong understanding of store operations, Key Result Areas (KRAs), and performance management systems.
  • Excellent skills in customer handling, SIP, KPI analysis, and relevant store operations.
  • Proficiency in using analytical tools to track and report key metrics for decision-making.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for customer and team interactions.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, sales techniques, and retail industry trends.
