Job Responsibilities:

As a Store Manager at Manyavar, you will lead daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and premium brand standards. Your responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing inventory and visual merchandising, resolving customer issues, and handling high-profile clients. You'll also oversee team performance, staff training, rostering, and maintain compliance with brand guidelines and SOPs. The role demands strong leadership, operational efficiency, and a focus on delivering a superior shopping experience.

ales & Customer Service:

Achieve and exceed store sales targets and KPIs. Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized shopping experiences. Handle high-profile clients, including wedding and occasion-based clientele. Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Store Operations:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store. Ensure proper visual merchandising, stock availability, cleanliness, and hygiene. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and replenishment teams. Maintain proper records of sales, billing, and cash management.

Team Management:

Supervise, train, and motivate store staff (Fashion Advisors, Cashiers, Helpers). Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Prepare staff rosters and ensure optimum manpower during peak hours and seasons.

Brand Standards & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and SOPs. Maintain high standards of product presentation, store aesthetics, and staff grooming. Coordinate with the marketing team for in-store promotions and campaigns

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Retail Management / Fashion / Business Administration). 5-8 years of experience in retail sales Experience in apparel/fashion retail, preferably ethnic or premium segment. #

Skills Required:

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Sales-driven with good business acumen. Knowledge of ethnic fashion trends and customer preferences.
