Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end store operations on a daily basis
Drive retail sales and achieve assigned targets
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries
Supervise, train, and schedule store staff
Monitor billing processes, cash handling, and POS operations
Manage stock levels, inventory control, and vendor coordination
Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and quality standards
Prepare and submit daily sales, stock, and performance reports
Experience- 3-6 years of experience as Store Manager / Outlet In-charge
Skill required
Strong leadership, sales, and customer-handling skills
Ability to manage teams, targets, and day-to-day operations
