Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Store Manager to oversee inventory systems for raw and packaging materials in manufacturing. You will ensure accurate stock control, regulatory compliance, and smooth coordination with QA/QC, Purchasing, and Production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation (GRN, issue slips, stock registers) of materials.

- Enforce FIFO/FEFO inventory methods with batch-wise traceability.

- Ensure proper storage per SOPs and handle sensitive materials safely.

- Coordinate with QC/QA for testing and clearance prior to issuance.

- Monitor daily stock levels, generate consumption and shortage reports.

- Forecast and manage inventory to avoid stock-outs or overstocking

- Ensure full compliance with GMP, FDA, AYUSH, and ISO standards.

- Support regulatory and internal audits with accurate documentation and coordination.

- Implement and streamline digital inventory management tools (e.g., ERP systems).

- Lead, mentor, and manage store team to maintain discipline, safety, and hygiene.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Graduate or Postgraduate (B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Com, MBA--especially in Material Management or related field).

- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in store/inventory management within Pharma, FMCG, Ayurvedic, or Food sectors.

- Proficient with ERP/Inventory Management Systems like SAP or Tally.

- In-depth knowledge of GMP, ISO, FDA, and AYUSH compliance.

- Exceptional organizational, planning, and team leadership skills.

- Strong MIS reporting, stock auditing, and cost control capabilities.

- Excellent communicator with the ability to work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
