Job Responsibilities:
Oversee complete operations of the outlet in the food industry
Lead, guide, and motivate Shift Managers and Team Members
Ensure customer satisfaction, service quality, and hygiene standards
Manage inventory, manpower planning, reporting, and compliance
Coordinate with management to achieve operational and business targets
Preferred Profile:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Relevant qualification with proven managerial experience
Prior experience in the food industry or similar service sector is highly preferred
