Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures,
cash handling, and customer service.
Hire, train, and manage a team of employees, including scheduling and performance
evaluations.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking merchandise
as needed.
Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed, including safety and security
measures.
Maintain a clean and organized store, including visual merchandising and display
arrangements.
Prepare and analyze reports on sales, inventory, and expenses.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competition, and customer preferences.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or related
field preferred.
Minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in retail management, with experience
managing a team of employees.
Person with 2 - 3 years of experience in store management can apply for Assistant
store manager position
Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising techniques.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Point of Sale systems.
