Job Description

Staff Management

: Recruit, hire, train, schedule, motivate, and evaluate employees; foster a positive team environment.

Sales & Profitability:

Develop strategies to meet sales targets, maximize revenue, manage budgets, and implement promotions.

Customer Service:

Ensure high satisfaction, resolve complaints, and build customer relationships.

Inventory Control:

Manage stock levels, order products, oversee stocktakes, and maintain organized displays.

Operations:

Oversee daily functions, opening/closing, security, loss prevention, and store maintenance.

Administration:

Handle financial records, payroll, reporting, and ensure legal/health & safety compliance.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
