Anya Boutique is looking for a responsible and proactive

Store Manager

to oversee all day-to-day store activities. The ideal candidate will have experience managing

store operations, inventory, sales staff

, and ensuring smooth workflow on the shop floor. This is a key role requiring leadership, organization, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the boutique store Manage and update

store inventory records

Coordinate with the

sales team

to ensure smooth customer service and sales performance Supervise and guide store staff to meet daily targets and maintain discipline Maintain proper records of

stock in/out, customer orders, and daily sales reports

Ensure store cleanliness, display arrangements, and overall store presentation Provide regular

work activity updates

to management Handle customer queries and complaints effectively Assist in planning store promotions and events

Requirements:

2 to 4 years of experience in

store management or retail operations

Strong organizational and leadership skills Experience in

inventory handling and team management

Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of

MS Excel or inventory software

is a plus Fashion or boutique industry experience preferred Prior

knowledge of silk sarees, fabrics, and Indian ethnic wear
