We are looking for a highly organized and responsible Store Manager to oversee our inventory operations and ensure smooth material flow for production. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate stock levels, coordinate with various departments, and ensure full compliance with company processes and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Inventory Management
Ensure physical stock and system stock are fully tallied at all times.
Maintain complete control over stock movement, including receipts, issues, and transfers.
Monitor and maintain minimum stock levels to avoid shortages and ensure timely material availability.
Conduct monthly physical stock verification and report variances immediately.
2. Production Support
Ensure all required materials are ready and available in the factory on time for uninterrupted production.
Coordinate with the production team to understand material requirements in advance.
3. Material Handling & Returns
Manage material return processes, including proper documentation and updating system entries.
Ensure returned items are inspected, recorded, and stored correctly.
4. BOQ & Project Coordination
Take full responsibility for project-wise BOQs, ensuring correct materials are issued as per project requirements.
Coordinate with the project and design team to verify quantities and specifications.
5. Cost Control
Implement and monitor cost-control measures by preventing material wastage, ensuring proper stock rotation, and optimizing storage practices.
6. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and submit accurate stock reports, consumption reports, and variance statements.
Work closely with and report to the Finance Manager on stock updates, purchase requirements, and discrepancies.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in store management, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
Experience in manufacturing, interior fit-out, or construction industry preferred.
Strong knowledge of inventory software and MS Office is mandatory.
Excellent organisational, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities.
High level of accuracy, responsibility, and integrity.

Pay: ₹10,746.58 - ₹35,383.95 per month
