Job Description

We are hiring a Store Manager with sales knowledge to handle store and workshop operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day store and workshop activities Handle sales counter and customer dealing Prepare quotations and follow up with customers Maintain stock, inventory and purchase records Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff Billing, invoicing and basic documentation Achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction Reporting to management
Requirements:

Experience in store management and sales Good communication and customer handling skills Basic computer knowledge (Billing, Excel) Ability to manage staff and workflow Honest, responsible and result-oriented Experience in electrical/electronics store preferred
