The Store Manager cum Data Entry Executive will be responsible for efficiently managing all store activities, including receipt, storage, and issue of materials. The candidate will ensure proper documentation, stock control, and data accuracy in the store ledger. Additionally, the person will assist the Quality Department by recording in-process inspection data and maintaining quality-related documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Store Management
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, components, and finished goods.
Issue materials to production as per approved requisitions.
Maintain stock levels and ensure materials are stored properly to avoid damage or deterioration.
Regularly update and reconcile the
store ledger
(manual and digital).
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
Conduct periodic
physical stock verifications
and report variances.
Coordinate with purchase and production departments for material requirements and reordering.
Ensure proper
labeling, traceability, and identification
of all items.
Enter data related to material inward, outward, and stock balance into Excel/physical data sheets on paper.
Maintain digital and physical records for store transactions, GRNs, and issue slips.
Generate reports as required by management.
C. Quality Data & Process Support
Record
in-process inspection
data, process parameters, and quality checkpoints as trained by the Quality Department.
Assist in maintaining records for
incoming inspection
,
final inspection
, and
process quality logs
.
Support the Quality team in
documenting SOPs
and inspection results.
Help in data collation for quality audits and traceability records.
Skills & Competencies:

Decent knowledge of
store management practices
and documentation.
Basic computer proficiency
-- MS Excel, Word, and data entry.
Strong
attention to detail
and record-keeping skills.
Ability to
coordinate
with production, purchase, and quality teams.

Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate or Diploma (preferred in Commerce, Engineering, or related fields).
1-3 years of experience (preferred not mandatory) in storekeeping or data entry (manufacturing background preferred).
Freshers with good learning attitude may also apply.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, 6 days a week.
Working hours:
9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
