Job Description

The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the institute's store operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating procurement, and ensuring the availability of essential materials and supplies. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing store and inventory systems.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations in an efficient and organized manner Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels, and store transactions Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requests when necessary Receive, inspect, and properly record incoming materials and supplies Ensure proper storage, labeling, and systematic arrangement of all items Issue materials against authorized requests with proper documentation Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory verification Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the store area Prepare periodic inventory, stock movement, and consumption reports for management

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 5+ years of proven experience

as a Store Manager, Store Keeper, or in inventory/store operations Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and documentation Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software/ERP systems Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills Good communication and coordination abilities High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility

Prior experience managing store operations in the aviation industry will be an added advantage
