We are looking for an experienced and dedicated

Store Head

to join our team at Sheetal Cool Products Limited. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, excellent inventory management skills, and the ability to oversee overall store operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise day-to-day store operations Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels Ensure proper material handling, storage, and dispatch Coordinate with production, purchase, and accounts departments Monitor staff performance and ensure discipline within the store Implement standard operating procedures for smooth workflow Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards

Requirements:

Strong knowledge, stock management, and documentation Good communication and leadership skills Ability to handle a team and work under pressure Qualification: Graduate (Preferred: B.Com / BBA / Diploma / Any relevant field)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
