Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective team management and customer engagement. Provide expert advice to customers on product selection, color schemes, and application techniques. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Store Operations

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies. Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment. Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product display and store appeal.

Team Leadership

Recruit, train, and mentor store staff to build a competent and motivated team. Schedule staff shifts and delegate tasks to ensure optimal store performance. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Marketing & Business Development

Plan and execute local marketing initiatives to increase store footfall and brand visibility. Collaborate with the marketing team to organize promotional events and campaigns. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the paint or home improvement industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale systems. Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans.
