Open and close the store on time with proper security checks.
Ensure products and stock are safeguarded and well-maintained.
Keep the store clean, organized, and customer-friendly.
2. Sales & Customer Support
Assist farmers and retailers in product purchases with correct guidance.
Arrange products properly on shelves and in the storeroom.
Achieve franchise sales targets through active sales engagement.
Generate bills, maintain sales records, and report daily sales.
Call existing customers and retailers to promote products and offers.
3. Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and retailers.
Organise and support local farmer meetings, Vistar agent meetings, and micro-dealer meetings.
Develop and expand the network of Vistar agents and micro-dealers for sales growth.
4. Training & Knowledge Development
Attend seasonal crop training sessions conducted by agronomists.
Implement product knowledge in customer interactions and sales discussions.
Assist in farmer awareness programs and product training sessions.
5. Store Electronics & IT Coordination
Ensure smooth functioning of store electronics such as
POS systems, Wi-Fi, and CCTV
.
Coordinate with the IT team for troubleshooting and regular maintenance.
Report technical issues promptly and ensure quick resolution.
6. Support & Miscellaneous
Assist in product deliveries when required.
Help in arranging stock movement and storeroom management.
Support promotional activities, farmer events, and local store campaigns.
