Job Description

Name of the position: Store Manager : 1) Schedule and assign tasks to employees 2) Motivate and lead the team to achieve sales targets 3) Conduct Performance evaluations and provide feedback 4) Foster a positive work environment and resolve conflict. 5) Monitor analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement 6) Develop strategies to increases sales and meet or exceed targets 7) Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times 8) Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner 9) Overseas daily operations including opening and closing procedures 10) Maintain proper store appearance and visual merchandising standards 11) Manage inventory levels and conducts regular stock checks. 12) Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and safety guidelines. 13) Monitor and control expenses to optimize store profitability. 14) Implement marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and increase sales. 15) Monitor local market trends and competition to identify opportunities. 16) Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns. 17) Prepare sales reports, inventory reports and other operations documents. 18) Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions. 19) Monitor and manage store budget, including payroll and expenses 20) Communicate regularly with upper management regarding store performance.
