Roles & Responsibilities
Provide a hospitality-driven, welcoming experience to all clients and assist them in selecting suitable stone materials.
Communicate product details, pricing, and availability professionally.
Manage daily stone inventory, including organization, storage, labeling, and dispatch coordination with warehouse teams.
Conduct quality checks for color, finish, sizing, and defects.
Coordinate with suppliers, quarries, and transport partners; track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain clear documentation, quotations, and sample arrangements.
Support architects, interior designers, contractors, and the sales team with material recommendations and product knowledge.
Requirements
Hospitality experience is mandatory.
Strong communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to manage operations, inventory, and vendor coordination.
Knowledge of stone materials is an advantage but not compulsory.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
