Job Overview



We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented

Store Management & Administration Executive

to manage store inventory and support service-related documentation. The role involves accurate stock handling, proper maintenance of records, and coordination with the service team to ensure smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Store Inventory Management



Maintain complete control of inventory including spare parts and machines. Update the stock register daily with accurate and current stock details. Monitor and record all inward and outward movement of store items. Maintain item-wise, model-wise, and serial-number-wise stock records. Identify inventory discrepancies and report them to the purchase team. Conduct regular stock verification and maintain proper documentation. Ensure proper labelling and organized storage of all items.

2. Service Inward & Outward Administration



Handle all machines and parts received for service from clients or dealers. Open parcels and verify each item including: Model numbers Serial numbers Condition of received parts Enter all details accurately in the Service Inward Register. Record all service dispatches in the Outward Register with complete details. Maintain proper traceability of each machine and spare part throughout the service cycle. Ensure high accuracy in data entry and documentation.

3. Additional Responsibilities



Maintain files, registers, and documentation for audits. Coordinate with the Service Team for efficient workflow. Support the Service Manager with improvements in store systems and processes. Remotely monitor store operations at other company locations, ensuring correct stock reporting and compliance with procedures. Follow company SOPs and maintain discipline in record-keeping.

Candidate Requirements



12th pass, Diploma, or higher qualification. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word). Experience in store operations or inventory handling is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Ability to work systematically and manage repetitive tasks. Organized, reliable, and disciplined.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
