Job Description

:

We are looking for a responsible and organized individual to manage our

store maintenance operations

. The candidate will be responsible for handling

machine equipment, tools, and attachments

, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely availability of required items for production.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle, count, and record all

machine tools, equipment, and attachments

in the store. Maintain a detailed

register

for all items, including collets, dies, punches, and other tools. Track and record

issuance and return

of tools -- ensuring that old/damaged items are returned before issuing new ones. Prepare and manage the

monthly indent/order

for required items. Coordinate with suppliers or purchasing department for material replenishment. Ensure proper

storage, labeling, and condition

of all tools and equipment. Support the production and maintenance teams by ensuring availability of required tools on time.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in

storekeeping or tool management

(preferably in a manufacturing or workshop environment). Basic understanding of

machine tools and attachments

. Good record-keeping, counting, and organizational skills. Working knowledge of

MS Excel

or manual registers. Responsible, disciplined, and attentive to detail.
