We are looking for a responsible and experienced

Storekeeper

to manage and maintain inventory for our bar

Hotel MITHILA ,Eramalloor.

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and at least

2 years of experience

in a similar role within hospitality, bar, or hotel environments.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in a similar role (preferably in bar/hotel sector) Strong knowledge of bar inventory management Ability to maintain accurate stock records Responsible, punctual, and well-organised

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update stock records for beverages, supplies, and other inventory items Inspect and receive incoming goods, ensuring quantity and quality Issue stock based on bar/hotel requirements Monitor stock levels and report shortages promptly Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of items Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the storeroom Coordinate with purchasing and management teams
