We are looking for a dependable and well-organized
Store Keeper
to support a Water Supply Project. The role involves managing project materials, tools, and equipment to ensure smooth and timely project operations.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials and equipment
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers
Issue materials based on approved requests
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of items
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
Report shortages, damages, or losses to management
Keep the store clean, organized, and secure
Prepare basic inventory and stock reports when required
Requirements
Minimum education: High School Certificate / Diploma in a related field
1-3 years of experience as a Store Keeper (construction or water projects preferred)
Basic knowledge of inventory control and record-keeping
Ability to use MS Excel or similar tools is an advantage
Honest, organized, and detail-oriented
Skills
Good organizational and time management skills
Basic numeracy and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Strong sense of responsibility
