Job Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the site store, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials. Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock registers/system regularly. Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and safe storage of all materials and tools. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment. Verify incoming materials against invoices and delivery challans. Conduct regular stock audits and submit reports to the project/site manager. Maintain records of tools and equipment issued and returned by site personnel. Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with safety standards in the store area.

Candidate Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in infrastructure or construction. Working knowledge of inventory management software or ERP systems. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle material logistics efficiently under pressure. Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word). Familiarity with civil, electrical, and mechanical materials used in infrastructure projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects. Knowledge of material handling equipment and store safety protocols.
