Job Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced

Site Safety Supervisor

to oversee and enforce safety regulations on our construction site. The ideal candidate will monitor daily operations, ensure compliance with safety standards, and help maintain a safe working environment for all site personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor site-specific safety plans and procedures. Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits. Identify hazards and take corrective actions to mitigate risks. Ensure workers follow safety rules and use personal protective equipment (PPE). Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and emergency drills. Maintain records of safety incidents, inspections, and corrective actions. Report accidents, near misses, and violations to the HSE Manager or Project Head. Liaise with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors on safety matters.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum 03 to 05 years of experience in site safety supervision, preferably in construction.

Education:

Diploma or degree in Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.

Certifications:

Valid safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, ISO standard) preferred.

Skills:

Good knowledge of safety laws, risk assessment, emergency response, and site safety practices.

Key Attributes:

Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude. Good communication and reporting skills. Ability to handle emergencies and enforce compliance.

Note:- For this position, preference will be given to candidates from North, West, and East India.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per year
