We're looking for a friendly and knowledgeable Store Keeper to join our team, responsible for managing the store, selling laptops and computers, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Manage store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service
Sell laptops, computers, and accessories to customers
Provide product recommendations and demonstrate features
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns
Maintain store display and inventory
Meet sales targets and promote products effectively
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in retail sales (electronics preferred)
Knowledge of laptops, computers, and accessories
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Basic math skills and comfort with POS systems
Ability to lift and handle products (if needed)
Skills:
Customer-focused approach
Sales and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
