Receive, store, and issue construction materials, tools, and equipment as per project requirements.
Verify materials received with purchase orders and delivery challans.
Maintain proper stock records (both manual & computer-based).
Conduct daily / weekly stock verification and maintain stock balance reports.
Ensure safe storage and proper handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.
Coordinate with the Purchase and Site Execution team for material requirements.
Maintain records for inward and outward materials.
Manage returnable and non-returnable materials.
Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) method in issuing materials.
Prepare monthly inventory reports and submit to Head Office.
Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards in the store area
