Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming goods and supplies.
Maintain accurate inventory records of all stock items.
Issue materials/products as per requisitions and update records accordingly.
Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to avoid discrepancies.
Ensure the store area is clean, organized, and complies with safety standards.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory to management.
Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and other departments for smooth operations.
Prepare and maintain documents such as delivery notes, stock cards, and invoices.
Handle loading/unloading, labeling, and proper placement of materials.
Ensure all items are stored securely to prevent damage or loss.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Storekeeper
Basic knowledge of inventory and supply chain management.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office or inventory management software is an added advantage.
