Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, supplies, and equipment.
Maintain proper storage and organization of materials in the store area.
Issue materials to production or service teams as per requisitions.
Maintain up-to-date inventory records (manual or ERP/software).
Conduct regular stock verification and reconcile with records.
Ensure proper labeling, binning, and safety measures of stored items.
Monitor stock levels and inform the purchase department of shortages.
Handle return of damaged/defective goods to suppliers.
Coordinate with accounts for GRN (Goods Receipt Notes) and bills.
Maintain cleanliness, security, and safety of the store premises.
