. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, ensuring smooth material flow, and performing basic quality inspections within the project site.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and stacking of construction materials.
Conduct regular stock checks and maintain updated inventory logs.
Coordinate with site engineers and procurement teams for material requirements.
Inspect materials upon delivery for quality, quantity, and specification compliance.
Monitor minimum stock levels and raise requisitions as needed.
Prevent material wastage through proper inventory control and issue procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in construction or real estate projects.
Strong knowledge of inventory management and documentation.
Basic understanding of material quality inspection.
Ability to coordinate with multiple site departments effectively.
Good communication and record-keeping skills.
Familiarity with manual log systems.
