Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials
Store items properly to prevent damage or loss
Issue materials as per authorized requests
Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess
Conduct regular stock checks and audits
Ensure cleanliness and safety of the store area
Coordinate with suppliers, purchasing, and other departments
Handle basic documentation (GRNs, invoices, stock registers)
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a storekeeper or in inventory management
Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory software)
Good organizational and record-keeping skills
Ability to lift and move goods
Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented
