Job Description

Responsibilities:

Receive and check materials as per delivery challans and purchase orders.

Maintain inward and outward material records.

Proper storage, stacking, and identification of construction materials.

Issue materials against approved requisitions.

Maintain stock registers, bin cards, and inventory records.

Conduct periodic stock verification and report discrepancies.

Monitor stock levels and inform for timely procurement.

Ensure safety, cleanliness, and security of store materials.

Coordinate with site, procurement, and accounts teams.

Experience:

1-5 years experience as Store Keeper in construction / real estate projects

Skills Required :

Knowledge of construction materials

Basic computer and record-keeping skills

Good coordination and communication

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
